Papa CJ is a stand-up comedian from India. He did his schooling at the Lawrence School Sanawar in India and then went on to do an MBA at the University of Oxford. After visiting the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2004, he threw up his corporate career and started performing stand-up comedy in November 2004. He has since performed in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. After being a regular on the UK comedy circuit he moved back to India in early 2008. In 2008 he also took part in Last Comic Standing 6 on NBC. From the thousands of comedians who took part, he made it through the international auditions in Miami to the semi-final in Las Vegas and then got into the Final top 10.
He received an MBA from University of Oxford and was a management consultant.
